Terms and Conditions

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations and are correct.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase our policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is received. If 7 days have gone by since you received your product(s) , unfortunately no refund or exchange will be offered.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Some goods are exempt from being returned such as personalised products or perishable goods such as food.


To complete your return, you will need to contact us on kotahikapu@outlook.com with a receipt or proof of purchase and we will assist you further.

Refund or Replacement

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if:
- Tumbler or mug is damaged during transit by delivery company
- Tumbler or mug not received due to error on our end
- Wrong Tumbler or mug received

If you have a problem with your Tumbler or mug, please email kotahikapu@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the order as it was received. Once we have completed an investigation, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted a request for cancellation will only be granted if your order has not entered the production phase. 

All cancellations are at the discretion of Kotahi Kapu.

If you need to cancel your order, we can provide a full refund if you notify us at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery date.

If you notify us less than 2 working days to your scheduled delivery date and we have already prepared your gift box, we can provide a 50% refund for the cancellation.

We may, without prior notice, change the product; stop providing the product or any features of the product we offer; or create limits for the products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Kotahi Kapu. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
