  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations and are correct.

    If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase our policy lasts 7 days from the date the cups were received. If 7 days have gone by since you received your product(s) , unfortunately no refund or exchange will be offered.

    Returns
    To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    To complete your return, you will need to contact us on harleyturner84@icloud.com with a receipt or proof of purchase and we will assist you further.

    Refund or Replacement
    - Cups damaged during transit by delivery company
    - Cups not received due to error on our end
    - Wrong Cups received

    If you have a problem with your Cups, please email harleyturner84@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of the Cups as it was received. Once we have completed an investigation, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once your order has been submitted a request for cancellation will only be granted if your order has not entered the production phase. 

    All cancellations are at the discretion of Kotahi Kapu.

    If you need to cancel your order, we can provide a full refund if you notify us within 24 hours of your order placed.
